At the end of your session, I will provide a treatment plan, which may include number of sessions recommended, dietary and lifestyle advice, and herbal prescriptions.
For existing patients - includes a health check in and full acupuncture treatment
Appointments include acupuncture and some adjunctive techniques. This may include, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, Chinese body work, and Reiki. We will also review your treatment plan together and make any additions or changes necessary.
For new patients - online herbal medicine consultation
Chinese herbal formulas or patent medicines may be prescribed, along with diet, lifestyle and acupressure advice
For existing patients - online herbal medicine consultation

I do not work directly with insurance companies, however, I can provide you with a superbill for your acupuncture visits. If your insurance company covers acupuncture visits and if you have out of network benefits, you may receive reimbursement for your appointments. Check with your insurance plan to see what they will cover.
